Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily activities.
• Mentor and supervise store staff as directed by the Store Manager.
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the manager's absence.
• Collaborate on merchandising, customer service, and HR tasks.
• Report on daily operations and help develop recruitment and sales strategies.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Address customer issues promptly and maintain store appeal.
• Support customers and troubleshoot as needed.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by upper management.
