Job summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Dumper Driver to join our construction team in Wexford. The successful candidate will operate dumper machinery and transport materials efficiently around the construction site.

Key requirements include prior dumper experience, a valid Safe Pass, CSCS/Solas or recognised plant operator certification, and a Manual Handling Certificate as an advantage. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a dumper.
• Valid Safe Pass.
• CSCS/Solas or recognised plant operator certification where applicable.
• Manual Handling Certificate is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate dumper machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Transport soil, stone, aggregates, and other materials around the site.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Carry out daily machinery checks and report any defects.
• Follow site safety procedures and traffic management plans.
• Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and other plant operators.
• Maintain the dumper in a clean and safe working condition.
• Follow all site health and safety requirements.
