Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised dental qualification.
• Postgraduate specialist training in orthodontics is required.
• Eligible for registration with the Dental Council of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients needing orthodontic care with individual treatment plans.
• Manage fixed and removable appliances and monitor progress; maintain records.
• Deliver treatments in accordance with clinical, ethical, infection-control and patient-safety standards.
