Job summary

RAD Search are partnering with a prominent Dublin design studio to recruit a CAD Technician. You will produce detailed drawing packages from concept through to construction and coordinate information with the design team.

The role requires strong AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp and MS Office skills, plus a solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Planning and Building Control requirements.

Qualifications

• At least two years post-qualification experience in architecture, interior design or joinery.
• Strong understanding of construction details and interior detailing.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning and Building Control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawing packages from concept through to construction.
• Develop construction details and coordinate information across disciplines.
• Incorporate consultant and site changes throughout projects.
