Job summary

Evergreen Care's Oakdale Nursing Home in Ireland is seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our caring team. Duties include daily cleaning of residents' rooms and common areas, proper handling of cleaning equipment, and receiving and storing deliveries.

Training will be provided. The ideal candidate is compassionate, well-organised, and able to work on their own initiative while upholding strict infection-control and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and have great interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of HACCP is preferable but not essential.
• Training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis.

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of HACCP is preferable however not essential.

Training will be provided for the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have good organisation skills and ability to work on their own initiative.

High standards of cleanliness and infection control are a priority for the home, so a keen awareness of their importance is essential.
