Job summary

Butternut Box is seeking Brand Ambassadors to join our high-performing sales teams across Ireland. You will represent us at events, trade shows, and exhibitions, engaging with dog owners and promoting the benefits of feeding fresh, natural dog food.

This role offers a day rate with uncapped commission, regular incentives, and weekend work. You will travel to Belfast and surrounding areas, stay away from home at times, and receive top-tier training from regional managers.

Qualifications

• Dog lover with genuine affection and understanding of dogs' needs.
• Sales-focused mindset with ability to connect with people and their dogs.
• Customer-centric approach to delivering excellent service.
• Achievement-driven and able to exceed sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Drive face to face sales by engaging attendees at events and shows.
• Educate dog parents about the benefits of Butternut Box and fresh, natural food.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at events and post-event follow-up.
• Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
