Sodexo is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Divisional Lead to drive a proactive zero-harm culture across complex FM environments in Ireland. The role requires a strong FM background, H&S leadership across multiple sites, and expert guidance in GMP/compliance.

Offering a salary in the 70,000–80,000€ range with up to 10% bonus and Sodexo benefits, plus hybrid working across the Island of Ireland. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety is required.
• Strong FM experience across complex or multi-service environments is essential.
• Experience working within GMP/regulatory environments is preferred.
• Fire safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements are expected.
• Strong risk management and incident investigation knowledge and familiarity with H&S legislation is required.

• Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background? Join Sodexo as a Health & Safety Divisional Lead and help drive a proactive zero-harm culture across complex, high-profile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple sites and FM operations.
• Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations.
• Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.

About You

• Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Strong FM experience, ideally across complex or multi-service environments.
• Experience working within GMP / regulated environments.
• Experience supporting mobilisations and contract transitions.
• Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and H&S legislation.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
