Present demand and supply outlooks to executive stakeholders and contribute regional input into the global S&OP cycle.
Ensure that S&OP decisions are data-supported and linked to commercial objectives such as service level targets and revenue goals.

Act as the regional point of contact for commercial supply issues and escalations, including backorders, allocation decisions, and stock imbalances.
Coordinate with Global Commercial Supply Chain product leads across each therapeutic area to identify root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain proactive communication with Commercial teams regarding supply risk, mitigation plans, and recovery timelines.

Partner with Regulatory, Quality, and Finance functions to ensure compliant and cost-effective product distribution across the region.
Support regional commercial launches and market expansions from a supply planning and readiness standpoint.

  • 5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track and report key commercial supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, OTIF (on-time in-full), backorder levels, and inventory health.
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and lead regional implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to global process harmonization efforts and represent the region in system or process upgrades (e.g., demand planning tools, ERP improvements).
