Qualifications

Job description

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Operations on behalf of an expanding Mainstream Social Care provider.

This service provides residential care for young people between the ages of 11 and 17 who come from difficult and challenging backgrounds.

The Director of Operations reports directly to the Chief Executive Office. The Operations Manager will have a Head of Integrated Care, Head of Brand and 2 Division Managers reporting into them. These division managers cover Munster and Leinster. Each Division Manager will have 3 Regional Managers reporting into them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the Children’s Residential sector in Ireland.
  • Level 8 minimum in Health, Social Care or similar.
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Executive driving business growth within a Healthcare setting
  • Experience of working to TUSLA and HIQA Standards.
  • Significant people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strong ability to work to targets and manage performance metrics effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid commercial awareness and ability to align operational activities with business objectives.
  • Ability to solve problems and apply logical thinking regardless of current events and situations .
  • Full, clean driving license.
