Viatris, Dublin-based global healthcare company, is seeking a Director of Combination Product Development to lead injectable, respiratory and transdermal device programs. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive robust technical strategies, and ensure regulatory readiness across global submissions and inspections.

The role offers leadership in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on design verification, quality systems, and successful technology transfer to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Engineering or a relevant scientific field.
• Experience leading technical teams in pharma or combination product development.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team for injectable, respiratory and transdermal products.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring safety, efficacy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee design verification, stability, and extractables studies.
• Support manufacturing process development and tech transfer.
• Lead regulatory inspection readiness and audits.
• Ensure QA and QMS compliance.
