Job summary

TrendAI invites motivated interns to join our Digital Transformation team in Cork for an 8-month paid placement. You will work on technology-driven business processes, automation projects, and AI initiatives to build practical skills.

We tailor intern roles to your strengths, offering exposure to Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, and cloud AI tools while preparing you for a future graduate role in a global cybersecurity-leading organization.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, IT Management or AI/Automation-related discipline.

YOUR INTERNSHIP

This is a paid 8 month work placement where you will join TrendAI's Hyperautomation Team or one of our business teams depending on your preference of whether you are more business or tech focused You will also take part in our Career Success Ready Programme — designed to support you and to set you up for a successful career not just to get through the placement We have a strong track record of converting placements into graduate roles Over the last five years 82% of our intern graduates have gone on to join us permanently There may also be opportunities to travel to other European offices and work with colleagues from across the globe — we have 27 different nationalities in our Cork Operations Centre.

Some Key Learning Opportunities (dependent on whether you are technically focused/business curious or a mix of both)

• Support Digital Initiatives — Assist in digital transformation projects focusing on process automation digital integration and technology adoption.
• Data Analytics & Insights — Collect and analyse data to support digital initiatives using tools like SQL and Power BI Utilisation of BI insight will enable the business to understand customer behaviour and data.
• Technology Implementation — Participate in the implementation of new digital tools and platforms Assist in configuring testing and deploying software solutions that streamline business processes and enhance user experiences This is an opportunity to focus in on your technical skills in an environment that encourages innovation and automation.
• Project Management — Support project management activities ensuring the successful delivery of impactful projects.
• Innovation & Research — Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital transformation AI Automation and other relevant technologies You will gain hands on experience with industry leading cloud applications and tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.

Your Profile

• Currently participating in a bachelor’s degree such as Business Information Systems IT Management or AI Automation related discipline We are open to all undergraduate programs provided you can demonstrate a strong personal motivation to learn aspects of any of the following all not mandatory Business Automation AI Machine Learning.
