Job summary

Davy is seeking a capable Financial Planning professional to join our team in Ireland. This role focuses on developing and enhancing our digital advice platform, applying financial planning knowledge to support design and development, and validating client outcomes using cash flow modelling.

You will work closely with advisers, project teams and technology specialists, contributing to testing, implementation and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications

• Degree or master's qualification.
• At least two years' experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Understanding of core financial planning concepts and cash flow modelling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• QFA qualification (or willingness to complete).
• CFP qualification (or willingness to complete).
• Desirable knowledge of pensions, investments and taxation.
• Experience working on business change or digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of our digital advice platform.
• Apply core financial planning knowledge to support platform design and development.
• Use cash flow modelling outputs to validate planning assumptions and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams, advisers and technology teams to deliver digitally led planning solutions.
• Support testing, quality assurance and implementation of new platform functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve adviser and client experiences through platform and process improvements.
• Assist in creating planning methodologies, templates, training materials and adviser guidance.
• Contribute to project workstreams and squad initiatives, taking ownership of tasks.
