Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to manage and enhance the online presence of our restaurant. The professional will be responsible for developing digital strategies to attract new customers, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase the visibility of our restaurant across various online platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Analyse performance metrics, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with the restaurant's brand identity and seasonal promotions (e.g., special menus, events).
  • Monitor consumer behaviour and trends in the restaurant industry.
  • Create reports and dashboards with insights to improve digital performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote services, special offers, and events (e.g., discounts, holidays).
  • Manage online reputation (reviews, feedback, social media interactions).
Qualifications
