  • Conduct needs analysis and design scalable learning programmes that address organisational digital skills gaps.
  • Build and deliver campaigns to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement with learning initiatives.
  • Curate and design digital curriculum, drawing on a blend of internal content, external providers, and market‑leading digital platforms.
  • Oversee the annual review of programmes and frameworks, capturing feedback from employees and leveraging business metrics, to ensure continuous improvement.
Frameworks & Content
  • Maintain and evolve the organisation’s digital skills framework, ensuring it remains relevant and future‑focused.
  • Work closely with third‑party training providers and platforms, including LinkedIn Learning, to source high‑quality learning content.
  • Manage relationships with business units, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Act as the key contact for learning partnerships and vendor negotiations that support the digital academy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Digital, IT, and PSO to ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Provide insight and recommendations to leadership on digital capability progress and areas of focus.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using learning data and analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills, with the ability to build campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex programmes without direct reports.
  • Curious, adaptable, and pragmatic, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
