We are seekinga Digital Customer Experience Senior Manager to join the Musgrave team.

What you’ll be doing

The Digital Customer Experience Senior Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering a seamless, customer-centric digital experience across all platforms. This role drives digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that eCommerce, UX, and product management strategies align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the digital customer experience strategy for Musgrave Wholesale Partners and associated brands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and personalization initiatives.
Customer Experience
  • Ensure consistent, world class omnichannel experience across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee UX design, research, and UI development to optimize usability and conversion.
Product Management and Business Analysis
  • Own commercial aspects of digital and generation of business cases to support investment and prioritisation
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Analysts to deliver new features and enhancements
eCommerce
  • Drive the migration of customers to the digital channel
  • Increase the share of wallet for customers ordering via digital
  • Manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary digital team, including UX Designer, Content Specialist, Operations Executives and Business Analyst.
  • Drive capability building and resource planning for future projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading digital proposition.
  • Introduce emerging technologies (e.g., AI and Agentic Commerce) to enhance customer engagement.
Skills, Experience and Education

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and customer experience leadership.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, UX principles, and data analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue through digital channels.
  • Third-level qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or related field or relevant experience.
  • Advanced certifications in UX, eCommerce, or Digital Strategy is highly desirable.
