Job description

Position Summary

Developers are building the future of infrastructure, and Bentley wants to make sure they have every reason to build it with us. As our Developer Community Programs Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of Bentley's developer programs portfolio: hackathons, Developer Days, technical workshops, API and SDK experiences, build challenges, and peer-learning events. This is a role for someone who understands developers not as an audience to be marketed to, but as a community to be genuinely invested in. Working cross‑functionally between Corporate Marketing, Developer Relations, Product, and Partner teams, you will serve as the connective tissue that ensures Bentley's developer initiatives are coordinated, visible, and building toward something larger than the sum of their parts. You will establish the playbooks, partnerships, and program models that allow Bentley's developer engagement to scale across products, regions, and communities. If you are energized by the intersection of technical credibility and creative program design, and you thrive where your work connects directly to platform strategy and business growth, this is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful at a company redefining what engineering software can do for the world.
