Desktop Support Engineer

Are you a hands-on, customer-focused IT professional with a passion for solving technical problems? We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality on-site support across our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PC and laptop hardware replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting with accuracy and care.
  • Provide Windows setup, troubleshooting and support within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Carry out desk moves, including safely removing, relocating and reconnecting hardware equipment across the campus.
  • Deliver hardware and peripherals to users and ensure timely deployment.
  • Complete laptop and desktop imaging to company standards.
  • Offer remote client support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle network cabling and patching, ensuring tidy and reliable connectivity.
  • Support the network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot mobile devices, configure work profiles and install required business applications.
  • Set up and maintain meeting rooms and conference rooms, ensuring all AV equipment is fully functional.
  • Perform planned meeting-room tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to guarantee smooth operation.
