Job summary

Centric Health in Blackrock, Dublin, is seeking a General Practice Nurse with an interest in Dermatology to join our busy GP setting.

The role blends General Practice Nursing with Dermatology duties, offering the opportunity to develop specialist skills while working in a supportive team. The position is permanent part-time with a salary range of €26–€28 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with the NMBI.
• Experienced in Phlebotomy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Flexible attitude to changing work practices.
• Must have 2 years post-graduation experience in a hospital setting.
• Immunisation and vaccinations including travel immunisations.

Responsibilities

• Health promotion and education; chronic disease management; screening; vaccinations; wound care; patient education.
• 2-4 days per week in General Practice while developing dermatology skills.
• Support dermatology clinic alongside a GP lead for assessment and treatment of skin conditions.
• Exposure to aesthetic procedures and skin health within a GP and dermatology setting.
