• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social care work with children/young people.
• Experience working with challenging behaviour.
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the home.
• Help deliver high standards of care and supervise staff.
• Take full responsibility in Manager’s absence.

Skills
