Job description

RIG Healthcare in partnership with our client are seeking a Deputy Medical Director for a full time permanent contract with a Fertility Clinic in Cork, Ireland.

The Deputy Medical Director role is to support the Group Medical Director in a first line clinical management capacity, implementing medical policies, procedures, functions and activities and thereby ensuring excellence in these areas.

The role holder is responsible for supporting the Medical Director with the management, development and morale of the medical team and to ensure all clinical staff adhere to the provision of the highest quality patient centred service. The role holder is required to effectively collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary management team to ensure clinic business objectives and targets are achieved

This is a permanent full time role and applicants are required to meet the following requirements :

  • Full registration in the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland or entitlement to be so registered;
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a practicing Gynaecologist
  • At least 1 years IVF consultant experience
