A leading dental services provider in Wexford is seeking a Treatment Coordinator. This role involves conducting in-clinic consultations and assisting with mobile dental services. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. This full-time position offers attractive terms, training opportunities, and a supportive team culture. A full clean driver’s license is required due to the nature of the job.

We are looking to add an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to our team.
The Treatment Coordinator would be responsible for carrying out in‑clinic consultations in our Wexford and Waterford clinics for patients who are interested in new dentures, implants, dental treatments and finance options. The role also involves working on our nursing‑home sign‑ups for our mobile dental service. Strong sales closing and follow‑up skills are essential; the ideal candidate will understand the importance of thorough follow‑up communications and delivering on set targets is a must. The role requires amazing communication, compassion and patient care for all patients coming to see us to purchase treatment plans, as we aim to deliver an improved quality of life through our dental and denture treatments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of a high sales conversion rate, be self‑motivated and able to deliver on brand. They will know the benefit of tracking consultation outcomes to ensure successful follow‑ups, have the ability to build rapport and empathise with patients, ensuring each clinician’s column is maximised with patients who are starting treatment post‑consultation.
Ideally coming from a dental, aesthetic or medical clinic background is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be process‑ and target‑driven with KPI‑tracking experience, maintain a positive attitude and hold honesty and integrity as top values. They can learn and adapt at a fast pace and put new opportunities into practice, contributing to achieving targets.
