Job summary

Smiles Dental Bray Practice in Bray, Co. Wicklow is seeking a part-time Receptionist (19.5 hours) to join our friendly team. Shift pattern: 1.30pm to 8.30pm, Wednesday to Friday.

The role involves greeting patients, booking appointments, supporting the clinical team, and handling payments in a busy, patient-focused environment. We offer induction, ongoing training, staff benefits, and opportunities for development within our 470 practices across the UK and Ireland. SOE/R4 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or reception experience.
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• SOE/R4 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression.
• Book appointments, answer the phone, update patient records.
• Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with smooth running of the practice.
• Make patients aware of dental services and offers.
• Handle payments with accuracy and confidentiality.
