• Optimise production capacity, labour, and materials to minimise downtime and changeovers.
• Drive visibility and proactive mitigation of service and shortage issues.

Process & Project Focus

• Development of real-time reporting tools
• Enhancement of demand planning models

Operational Scope

• Monthly SIOP cycle management

• Labour and capacity optimisation
• Regional inventory and FG pipeline planning
