Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Dundalk, on-site, is seeking skilled DeltaV Automation Engineers to join our growing delivery team. You will support the design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems for GMP manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of automation engineering experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Hands-on DeltaV DCS configuration and site support.
• Knowledge of ISA-88 batch concepts.
• Understanding of pharma processes (API, OSD, Fill-Finish).
• Familiarity with SDLC, change control, and CSV support.
• Ability to work in cross-functional project teams.
• Willingness to support site-based commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.
• Configure and maintain DeltaV modules per ISA-88 concepts.
• Prepare automation documentation including FDS, SDS, control narratives, and test protocols.
• Execute FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for DeltaV systems.
• Support CSV activities including protocol execution and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, and Vendors.
• Adhere to GMP, site standards, and EHS requirements.
