Job summary

Réalta Technologies (RT) seeks DeltaV Automation Engineers to provide shift-based automation support for our client’s manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot Emerson DeltaV DCS and contribute to the reliability of critical plant processes, with training provided for Foxboro DCS as needed.

Working in a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift, you will collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams, handle change control tasks, and ensure GMP-compliant operation and data integrity in a

Qualifications

• Hands-on DeltaV DCS troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Degree/diploma in Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field.
• Understanding GMP, validation and change control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day automation and control systems support across manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot DeltaV DCS: control modules, sequences, alarms and interlocks.
• Support Foxboro DCS operations, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Respond to automation-related production issues during shifts to minimise downtime.
• Investigate faults and deviations; contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Execute approved changes to DCS configurations and control strategies per site procedures.
• Support testing, maintenance and verification of automation systems with GMP/compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and quality teams; document activities and ensure smooth shift handovers.
