Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting a Control Systems Project Lead for a greenfield automation program in Ireland. This 12-month contract targets high-level integration between Emerson DeltaV and ABB 800xA, addressing cross-platform signal translation and data-mapping challenges.

You will design robust interfaces, configure bus architectures, and lead FAT/SAT and validation across both platforms, serving as the SME to ensure peak system stability and precise operational control.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Emerson DeltaV and ABB 800xA systems.
• Strong experience with cross-platform integration and data-mapping challenges.
• Proven track record in debugging and commissioning multi-vendor control environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize interface protocols bridging DeltaV and ABB 800xA hardware/software layers.
• Execute FAT/SAT protocols, loop testing, and system validation across both platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex signal pathways, bus communications, and fieldbus/Ethernet networks.
