Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Ireland to drive the successful implementation of a new product and oversee governance across technology, operations, and risk teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating squads, tracking milestones, and reporting to senior stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust governance practices. The role emphasizes problem solving, proactive communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in delivery, operations, or programme management roles within financial services.
• Experience delivering or operationalising new products, ideally within wealth management, capital markets, or banking.
• Proven track record of working in complex, cross‑functional delivery environments.
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services.
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational and planning ability with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the successful implementation and operationalisation of a new product
• Ensure delivery governance, operational processes, and cross‑functional execution are aligned
• Support Head of Delivery in bridging delivery, operations, technology, and business teams
• Coordinate product squads and enablers to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Track progress against key milestones, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with Davy’s internal delivery methodologies and governance standards
• Define and embed processes, workflows, and controls required for delivery
• Co‑facilitate delivery governance structures including working groups and steering committees
• Prepare high‑quality reporting for senior stakeholders including status updates, risk logs, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements throughout delivery
• Support Head of Delivery as a central point of coordination across stakeholders including Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness and implement best practices
