Job summary

Applegreen Cork North Ring Road is hiring a Bakewell Team Member to join our front-line operations. You’ll be part of a team delivering great customer service, maintaining clean spaces, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

You'll support daily operations, manage stock, and work with management to hit targets while enjoying staff discounts, pension options, and development opportunities across a large hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
