Applegreen Santry is seeking a Deli Supervisor to support daily Bakewell operations, ensuring quality food, warm service, and efficient deli service.

Your role includes assisting the Bakewell Manager in managing and developing front-line teams, maintaining high standards, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment at our Dublin site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can-do attitude with customer-facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and supervise deli operations, including food preparation and service delivery.
• Support the Bakewell Manager in driving sales and meeting targets.
• Motivate staff and maintain Bakewell standards, policies and procedures.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Supervisor at Applegreen?

• Assist the Bakewell Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Support the Bakewell Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure that the store is operating in line with Bakewell standards, policies and procedures.
