Applegreen Drogheda Newfoundwell is seeking a Bakewell Manager to lead the Bakewell counter, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service within a fast-paced roadside hospitality setting.

You will recruit and coach colleagues, schedule shifts, and uphold the highest hygiene standards while delivering on brand requirements and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets.

As a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
