Job summary

Delaney’s MACE Charlestown is seeking a full-time Deli Assistant to join our busy deli counter. You will assist with food preparation, display replenishment and aim to deliver a 5-star customer experience with efficiency and a friendly manner.

Experience in deli or fresh foods is preferred, but training can be provided. You should be able to work at a fast pace as part of a team, comply with health and safety standards, and have a positive, flexible approach to retail customers in Charlestown.

Qualifications

• Previous deli / fresh food / butcher experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

The ideal candidate will possess deli/food experience however all other retail experience is considered.

We are looking for experienced although training will be provided Deli Assistants for an immediate start, who have a strong work ethic, flexible approach and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer care at all times.
