Job summary

Integer Ireland Limited is seeking a diligent operator to support lean manufacturing and uphold quality standards. You will follow SOPs/JBSs, set up equipment, complete required documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and reliable attendance in a manufacturing environment. Experience with basic PC tasks is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic PC skills are an advantage.
• Strong timekeeping, attendance and performance record.

Responsibilities

• Support lean manufacturing and be an active team member.
• Adhere to SOPs and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
• Complete documentation as required in processes.
• Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and maintain clean, safe work area.
