National Beauty is looking for a Area Sales Manager to manage and grow key accounts across Ireland with Davines, a brand that believes in beauty with purpose while also supporting other leading names within the National Beauty portfolio.

We’re seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong commercial skills, ideally in professional beauty. You’ll be a relationship builder who can connect with salon owners, retailers, and stakeholders, driving sales while aligning with the values of eco‑conscious beauty.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and education teams to deliver outstanding support, growth strategies, and tailored solutions that help accounts succeed long‑term.
You’ll be responsible for managing national accounts, developing sales strategies, and building long‑term relationships that deliver sustainable commercial success. This isn’t just about numbers, it’s about fostering loyalty, supporting eco‑minded salons and retailers, and growing meaningful partnerships.
3+ years’ experience in area sales management, sales, or business development (professional Haircare or Field Sales essential).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for eco‑conscious leadership.
Self‑starter, highly organised, and team player.
Full Irish driving license.
Location: Nationwide
Holidays: 20 Days, with additional days awarded for long service
