Job summary

The Recruitment Company is helping a leading organisation in Ireland identify an experienced Databricks Engineer to deploy Databricks within Azure for a greenfield implementation.

The role focuses on setting up and deploying Databricks, collaborating with established Azure, Identity and Network teams to drive the architecture and secure access. Immediate start required for an urgent project, with enterprise-scale expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Databricks on Azure experience.
• Experience setting up Databricks from scratch (greenfield).
• Strong Azure infrastructure and architecture experience.
• Good understanding of Azure identity, authentication and access management.
• Experience working with Azure networking and security teams.
• Ability to make technical decisions around the Databricks architecture and setup.
• Enterprise experience, ideally within financial services.
