Job summary

Primark is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data Platform & Engineering team. You will design and enhance scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark and dbt Cloud, delivering trusted data products for reporting, analytics and AI use cases.

You will model data, support ETL/ELT strategies, monitor production pipelines and help modernise Teradata assets to Databricks, driving automation and continuous improvement across the data engineering lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Design, build and enhance scalable data pipelines and transformation processes using SQL and Python.
• Develop and support ETL/ELT solutions and data models for analytics and AI use cases.
• Monitor and optimise production data pipelines for reliability and performance.
