Job summary

Circle K Ireland is recruiting a commercially minded Convenience Analyst to join our Market Development team in Dublin. This full-time role uses data to support pricing, category performance, promotions, loyalty, and business decisions across Circle K Ireland.

You will work with Category Management, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Data teams to identify opportunities, improve performance and drive profitable growth from the Circle K Support Office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in retail, commercial analysis, category management, business intelligence, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, margin, pricing, promotion and customer data to identify commercial opportunities and recommend actions.
• Support pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking and price execution across convenience categories.
• Deliver insights and reporting to support category management, assortment reviews and promotional performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance packs using tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support the Circle K Extra loyalty programme and customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes through AI and digital tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and turn insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Build team capability by sharing guidance, examples and best practice on the effective and responsible use of AI and analytics tools.
