Job summary

Creditsafe is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Data Cloud team in Dublin on a hybrid basis with 50% office attendance each week. You will contribute to a high-throughput data platform built with Python and leveraging AWS solutions to deliver scalable APIs and data processing for thousands of users.

The role emphasizes collaborative development, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-growing data company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clean and efficient code in cloud environments.
• Experience delivering production-grade APIs and data pipelines in Python.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the codebase and peer reviews.
• Design and build a metadata-driven, event-based data processing platform using Python, AWS tools.
• Develop and deploy business-critical systems serving thousands of customers.
• Scale Creditsafe APIs to support high transaction volumes with serverless tech.
• Implement CI practices for rapid, reliable code delivery.
• Collaborate with QA with a shift-left testing approach.
• Understand domain data to improve products.
