Global Professional Consultants seeks a Mechanical Construction Manager for a major Data Centre project in Portugal. You will report to the Mechanical Project Manager and lead installation, procurement, and safety compliance efforts on a high‑profile European build.

The role requires a degree in Building Services/Mechanical Eng., 5+ years in a similar role, and prior experience with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK. Proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams on large projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client communications and coordinate with the project team for scheduled pipework installation.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and ensure HVAC deliverables meet standards.
• Oversee project handover from estimating and manage procurement with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Document and cost scope changes; support monthly valuations and final accounts.
• Maintain labour resources and project schedules with a two‑week look‑ahead plan; ensure safety compliance.
