Job summary

A leading data centre delivery partner is seeking a CSA Construction Manager for a major project in West Cork. In this role, you will lead the CSA team overseeing construction, services, and MEP coordination works. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, project delivery within budget and schedule, managing subcontractors, and fostering team collaboration. The ideal candidate has a pertinent degree and substantial experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly in data centres, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or similar role on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong track record in managing and delivering CSA work packages.
• Experience in project scheduling, programming, and producing forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CSA team ensuring successful project delivery.
• Oversee site safety and embed a strong culture of Health, Safety, and Quality.
• Coordinate procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works.
