You will oversee client portfolios and ensure high-quality project execution throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing risks and mentoring Project Managers. A postgraduate qualification in a related field and progress towards Chartered status with a professional body are required.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Working towards Chartered status with professional bodies like RICS, CIOB, or ICE.
• Membership with APM would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients delivering multiple concurrent data centre projects.
• Drive revenue growth through repeat business by ensuring consistent, high‑quality project execution.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers overseeing multiple projects.
