We're seeking an engineering leader to drive operational excellence in our data center environments. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers through strategic management and technical expertise.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage and lead shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standards

• Oversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure management

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performance

• Operate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systems

• Support facility expansion and infrastructure development projects

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning, hands-on technical oversight, and team leadership. You'll navigate dynamic environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain our data center operations. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Engineering or related field

• Demonstrated experience managing teams in mission-critical technical environments

• Proven ability to manage large-scale technical services

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center Engineering Experience

• Experience in mission-critical operations environment (e.g. power facility, high technology manufacturing, healthcare, aviation maintenance, oil and gas) preferably linked to a 24/7 uninterrupted operations.

• Fundamental knowledge of network design and layout as well as low voltage (copper/ fiber) cabling
