Job summary

Spanish Point is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics & AI lead to shape the direction of the Data Analytics & AI practice within the Digital Transformation pillar. You will partner with the COO to deliver complex customer projects and mentor a team of engineers, applying hands-on development where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• 2+ years in managing a team of engineers and in project management, preferably in Agile/SCRUM.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET/C#, SQL.
• Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP database design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Analytics & AI practice within the Digital Transformation pillar.
• Partner with the COO to shape strategy and ensure successful delivery of customer projects.
• Manage a team of engineers and contribute hands-on when needed.
• Drive architecture decisions and scalable solutions across the Azure stack.
• Support Microsoft partnership initiatives and AI program execution.
