Job summary

Holafly is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear insights and empower business units across the company. You will transform datasets, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions using BI tools.

In this role you will train teams on BI functionalities, collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, global scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Extensive experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Excellent data visualisation skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a Business related discipline.

• Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create clear, concise, and impactful visualisations, reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate different business units on the functionality and best practices of BI tools.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the business area on how to leverage data to answer key business questions and drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimisation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, BI tools, and data visualisation.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into understandable and conclusive insights. You will play a key role in training different business areas on the effective use of our Business Intelligence (BI) tools and advising them on how to maximise the value derived from our data.
