This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business that is expanding, investing heavily in digital transformation, and placing data at the heart of how it operates.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the organisation leverages data, turning complex operational information into clear, actionable insights. You’ll support teams across Operations, Commercial, and Finance while helping build the foundations for future BI maturity and self-service analytics.

(This is a practical, business-focused analytics role, centred on real operational impact rather than advanced statistical modelling.)

  • Engage with business leaders across Europe to understand reporting needs and priorities.
  • Define KPIs and standardise reporting logic across diverse operational teams.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards that illuminate business performance.
  • Ensure version control, documentation quality, and alignment with agreed KPI definitions.
  • Automate recurring reporting to enhance speed and visibility of performance trends.
Data Sourcing & Quality
  • Partner with IT to extract and integrate data from core operational systems.
  • Validate, reconcile, and document data sources, transformations, and calculations.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to source data across markets.
  • Support data governance initiatives and improvements in data accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to building a unified OLAP data model and evolving BI capabilities.
Process Improvement
  • Analyse operational trends to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement programmes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable analysis that shapes operational and strategic decisions.
Capability Building
  • Help create reusable datasets, KPI standards, and BI building blocks for future scalability.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to enhance data accessibility and system performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience developing and supporting business reports/dashboards.
  • Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into reliable, scalable reporting solutions.
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (Power Query, DAX, data modelling, automation).
  • Strong SQL skills, ideally with relational databases such as DB2 or SQL Server.
  • Experience with documentation standards and version control.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on data accuracy and detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
Useful Qualifications & Background
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, OLAP concepts, and KPI frameworks.
  • Understanding of data governance and data-quality best practices.
  • Experience working with ERP, financial, or operational system data.
  • Familiarity with fleet, leasing, mobility, or motor-related industries (an advantage).
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Python, VBA, Power Automate).
  • Experience delivering practical BI solutions in complex, multi-market environments.
What Our Client Offers
  • A dynamic, ambitious organisation with significant growth across Europe.
  • A collaborative culture that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexible working options to support work-life balance.
  • Ongoing training, learning, and career development opportunities.
