Job summary

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Data & AI Capability Lead to drive strategy and delivery of D&A programs across Operations, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.

You will architect data platforms, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with vendors to realize end-to-end value from data. The role requires strong delivery leadership, hands-on experience with data lakes, analytics, and AI/ML in pharma, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science/Engineering preferred).
• Strong delivery management experience across Data Engineering, Data Foundation and AI/ML.
• Experience designing taxonomy/ontology to manage master/reference data like Material and Product.
• Ability to lead a team of BAs, Data Engineers and AI Developers through full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI capability programs across Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality).
• Conceptualize and deliver data engineering, data products and AI/ML solutions.
• Oversee data platforms, data hubs, and integration with digital applications to generate insights.
• Drive adoption of data products and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with global/regional stakeholders.
