Job summary

FRS Farm Relief Services, near Baltinglass in County Wicklow, seeks a reliable Full-Time Dairy Farm Worker to assist with day-to-day running of the dairy farm and uphold animal welfare and farm hygiene.

The successful candidate will milk cows, feed livestock, calf care, and maintain sheds and equipment, with opportunities for training. Independent and team work are important; a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous dairy farming experience is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.
• Reliable, hardworking and responsible.
• Comfortable working with livestock.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to animal welfare and farm hygiene.
• Full driving licence preferred.
• Machinery experience.
