Job summary

GORTROE HILLS LIMITED Brendan and Conor Horan offers a First Year Dairy Farm Manager apprenticeship on a dry grass-based dairy farm in mid-Tipperary, with a September start. The apprentice will work alongside the farm manager and staff on a 240 cow, spring-calving herd.

The role focuses on learning milking, stock and grassland management, herd health, health and safety, and ongoing training within the apprenticeship framework to progress in farming careers.
