D365 Business Central, ERP Sales & Functional Consultant

You are a skilled and proactive Senior D365 Business Central Consultant with several years experience now looking to take the Sales & Consulting lead on complex ERP development projects in a fast-growing, pan European marketplace. Your Technical skills

• 3 to 5 years experience in a Sales and Consultation role for D365 Business Central
• Solid understanding of Business Central architecture, modules and best practices
• At least 1 full-life cycle implementation as a functional consultant from project initiation to post-implementation support in Dynamics Business Central
• Several years’ experience creating comprehensive functional design documents and system documentation; conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
• Experience working with a Microsoft Country Partner
• Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (taking on-Prem to SaaS)
• Familiar with the benefits of MS Azure platform & services from a Sales perspective
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prospect priorities at different stages of the Sales and Implementation cycle
• Support the D365 strategy, sense of accountability
• Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior team members
• Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work, be a self-starter
• Adaptable and patient – comfortable in a continuously improving environment

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead Consultant in a pre and post Sales capacity on new projects and convert Business-as-Usual development deals
• Collaborating with our implementation partners/teams to scope deliveries and if required work as a functional consultant in the project
• Take full ownership of D365 Business Central Sales cycle
• Work closely with our Marketing team to develop an effective ‘Go to Market’ strategy
• Identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and assist with segmentation & targeting
• Drive upgrade ERP Sales opportunities from On-Prem to SaaS environments
• Alongside the Zoosh Senior Management team, you will drive the D365 sales strategy and mentor less experienced team members
• Play a key role in defining and improving our Business Central Sales & Consulting practice & workflows
