WatchGuard is seeking a CyberSecurity Technician to investigate and contain threats in customer environments and provide incident response guidance. You will become proficient with our MDR tools and contribute to AI-driven detection developments, safeguarding clients. The role is on-site in Cork with a 4-on/4-off day-evening rotation.
Requirements include 1 year in a SOC, experience with an EDR tool (CrowdStrike, Defender or Panda) and strong customer focus.

As CyberSecurity Technician your job is to investigate suspicious activity in our customers' environments and provide appropriate responses to contain any cybersecurity threats. Your work here plays a crucial part in protecting our customers from cyber-attacks. You will also use custom reporting tools to provide security recommendations for our customers.
