Northern Trust in Limerick, Ireland is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives across our global organisation. You will partner with technology and business leaders to deliver programmes spanning IAM, PAM, IGA, Security Operations and Data Protection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge: IAM, PAM, IGA, Security Ops, Data Protection.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project budgets, forecasting and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives and priorities.
• Define and manage project plans, scope, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Drive governance and clear communication across global teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance program governance.
